Community Advisory Council
The Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG) Community Advisory Council (CAC) meets each month to provide a vital link between the SCGOPHCG and its patients and the local community.
It comprises community representatives who work alongside staff members of the SCGOPHCG to improve the healthcare experience for patients by:
- providing the consumer’s perspective on SCGOPHCG services, operational activities, projects, policies and procedures.
- reviewing identified performance measures
- reviewing information relevant to patients, carers, families and visitors, including signage
- reviewing consumer feedback
- providing advice and input to the SCGOPHCG Executive Committee from the consumer perspective.
We strive to develop a CAC with community members who are able to represent the diversity of our community.
For further information, to submit feedback or if you are interested in becoming a community member of the CAC, please contact us.
The CAC meets once a month at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
