Crashing Patient Course
This is a multi-disciplinary course for emergency providers, offering a system for dealing with a crashing patient.
It focuses on high-risk presentations that typically evoke significant concern and anxiety in our daily practice. The course equips participants with skills to manage patients who exhibit a sense of “impending doom” or the “talk and die” patients, or those who don’t follow the standard clinical course. It includes didactic lectures, procedural workshops, participant case discussions and resuscitation games.
