NMHS celebrates the diverse identities of our employees and consumers. We want to make sure our health service is welcoming and inclusive for all our staff and patients. Using the correct personal pronouns is an important part of this, and demonstrates respect, which is one of our core values. If you would like to learn about pronouns and why they matter, here are some resources which you might find helpful.
