With a range of nursing opportunities currently available at Sir Charles Gardiner (SCGH) and Osborne Park Hospitals (OPH), Tiffany shared why nurses enjoy working for our organisation.

Tiffany, a registered nurse in SCGH’s dialysis unit on Ward G65, said from her very first shift she had felt welcomed and supported.

“I've experienced firsthand an incredible environment that fosters both personal and professional growth,” Tiffany said.

“Our nurses are not just colleagues; we are a family, dedicated to providing the best care for our patients while also looking out for one another.

“I've seen how our teamwork not only improves outcomes but also creates lasting bonds that make every shift enjoyable.”

Tiffany said the hospital also prioritised learning and offered various training and development opportunities that empowered nurses to excel in their roles.

“The positive atmosphere encourages open communication, allowing us to share ideas and innovations that enhance patient care,” she said.

SCGH and OPH currently have enrolled and registered nursing positions.
