We provide kidney transplant services for patients from Eastern Metropolitan Health Service, and we are the state-referral centre for patients requiring assessment for simultaneous liver kidney transplantation.

Professor Neil Boudville Neil is Deputy Dean and Professor of Renal Medicine at the University of Western Australia's Medical School. He is also consultant nephrologist of the Renal Unit at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. He is the previous Oceania representative for the International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis Executive committee and the immediate Past-President for the Australia and New Zealand Society of Nephrology. He has over 140 peer reviewed publications, has received over $20M in peer-reviewed research grants and is the previous Chair of the Scientific Committee for the Australasian Kidney Trials Network. Besides research, his other passions are caring for patients, teaching and spending time with his family and animals.

Dr Aron Chakera Aron is a Renal Physician with an interest in immune function and host-pathogen interactions. He graduated from the University of Western Australia then undertook his PhD and specialist training in Oxford before returning to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in 2012. He leads the Translational Renal Research Group, housed in the Harry Perkins Institute for Medical Research and in 2015 was appointed Director of Research for the Sir Charles Gairdner and Osborne Park Health Care Group. |

Dr Robyn Yeo Robyn is a nephrologist who works primarily at St John of God Subiaco Hospital, where she is Head of Department of Internal Medicine. She provides weekend/on call nephrology cover at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, and also works for DonateLife WA as a consultant and medical advisor on organ and tissue donation. Robyn is a UWA medical graduate (AMA Medal, Dux 1991) who served as a full-time Medical Officer in the RAAF for four years before commencing physician training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. She returned to Perth in 2004 to complete her training as a nephrologist, and since then has juggled work in both the public and private sectors with the demands of raising her three sons. Robyn places a strong emphasis on teaching medical students and junior medical staff, and is a regular examiner for both Notre Dame University and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Outside of work Robyn is surrounded by a loving and generous family, and in her spare time she is a musician and a keen woodworker.
