You will be provided with an information pack.

This pack will include important information about your treatment.

It will also include an alert card.

This card should be used to alert medical staff that you are currently receiving cancer treatment.

The card can be kept in your purse or wallet.

You will find the side effect advice line phone number on the back of the card.

This number can be called within office hours 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

This is an advice line only and urgent matters should be referred to your GP or your local emergency department.
