Welcome to the Charles Gairdner Hospital Cancer Centre.

Within this the Charles Gairdner Hospital Cancer Centre the following medical services are available, medical oncology, haematology, and radiation oncology.

Other services available include palliative care, dietitian, youth cancer services, pharmacy and welfare social work.

The following treatments are offered within the cancer centre, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, oral targeted therapy, hormonal therapy, stem cell collection and transplantation, and supportive therapies.

Some treatments are administered intravenously, some are given in tablet forms, and others may be given as an injection.

Your doctor may prescribe one or more types of therapy to treat your cancer.
